Time sure flies, doesn't it? It's been quite a while since I last updated my journal on here, since then the only things I did on here were chatting with a few friends and shamelessly faving tons of artwork without commenting. OTL
So in case anyone cares, I'll just write down in a few sentences what happened in my life since my last journal entry:
- I started an apprenticeship as a business assistant and so far it's really cool. The people at the company are nice to me and treat me with respect, I've already made a few friends and the work is pretty interesting. In addition to that, I also get a nice little salary.

- Which leads me to the next point: I invested parts of my salary in a PS3 Super Slim and a bunch of games. The good thing about buying consoles at the end of their life cycles is that most of the good games are already pretty cheap (between 10-20 euros), so I could buy quite a lot of games. So far my favourite PS3 games are Little Big Planet, AC3 (though I liked AC2 even more when I played it on the PC), Uncharted 1 and Burnout Paradise. Plus I got Okami HD from PSN and I'm planning on starting it shortly, it's one of my favourite games of all time (I played the Wii version) and I can't wait to see it in HD glory. But I still have A LOT of great PS3 games to catch up with! Leave me suggestions if you want to. Oh yeah and if you want to add me on PSN, feel free to send me a note.

- Less than two weeks ago I celebrated my 18th birthday, so I'm finally an adult (in Germany)! I celebrated by going to the movies and watching James Bond: Skyfall (awesome movie!) and meeting up with a few friends. And I stuffed myself with so much food for two days, that I felt like my stomach was about to explode. But it was so worth it.
- Okay last point, I promise. I got money for my birthday and I spent it on new headphones on the one hand and on the Adobe CS6 Design & Web Premium on the other hand. So on top of upgrading from PS CS5 to CS6 I also got Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. I have to learn a lot about all these programs now, does anyone know some good beginner's tutorials out there on the internet? I'd greatly appreciate any help! As for my GFX work, I stopped updating the forum thread which I linked in my last journal entry, in exchange I got a simple tumblr blog now. The theme is one of the default ones, so the whole layout is nothing fancy. It's just a place where I put my "creative stuff". Sometimes I update several times a week, sometimes only once a month. If you're interested in seeing my GFX work, click here:
[link] It's pretty simple work, I can't be bothered to make complex stuff that costs me many hours to make. After all, I have a full time job now.

So that's it. I hope you've all been well! Christmas is coming, so we should all get into the mood for the most wonderful time of the year (in my opinion ^_^). But before that, I need to survive six exams at my vocational school. OTL
Cheers guys, till next time!
